ZAtop Machine Series
The ZAtop machine series from Ziehl-Abegg are permanent magnet excited gearless drives for traction sheave cable lifts.
Due to its compact design, the ZAtop is ideally suited for use in lifts with or without a machine room. The type examination tested brake can be used as part of the protective device to prevent overspeeding of the car when travelling upwards, or as part of the protective device to prevent unintended movement of the car.
Drives in the ZAtop series provide for high energy efficiency and low noise levels when running.

The slimline design and mounting of the lift machine to the guide rails allow for optimum shaft dimensions.
The type examination tested brake can be used as part of the protective device to prevent the car from overspeeding when travelling upwards, or as part of the protective device to prevent unintended movement of the car.
We can offer the full range of ZAdisc machines: SL506 and SL510.
